How it works
Kickoff call
An hour together. You tell me about your business, how people become clients, and what is driving you mad. You give me access to your account.
The audit
I go through everything and send you a plain-English report: what is working, what is not, and what to fix first.
The clean-up
I fix the problems that matter most, in the order we agree, and test them properly before you rely on them.
Walk-through
A call to show you what changed, plus short videos you can watch again. You keep the report and the plan for what comes next.
If I find something bigger than the clean-up can cover, such as a funnel that needs rebuilding, I tell you and give you a price first. Nothing extra happens without your say-so.
What it costs
One fixed price, paid when you book. You can move your kickoff call up to 48 hours before at no cost.
If we carry on together
Start a monthly retainer with me within 30 days of your walk-through, and the $750 comes off your first month. By then you will know exactly how I work, and I will already know your account.
If you would rather take the report and do the rest yourself, that is fine too. How working together works.

Choose a time for our first call. Times are shown in your own time zone, and you pay when you book.
I record all my calls with Fathom, a note-taking tool. It lets me give you my full attention, keep an accurate list of what we agree, and listen again so nothing is missed. If you would rather not be recorded, just tell me and I will take notes instead. Please know that I may miss something that way, and by choosing not to record, you accept that.
