What happens on the call
- You tell me about your business and what is not working.
- I ask a few questions so I understand what you need.
- If I can help, I explain how and roughly what it would cost.
- If I am not the right person, I say so.
You do not need to prepare anything. Times are shown in your own time zone.
I record all my calls with Fathom, a note-taking tool. It lets me give you my full attention, keep an accurate list of what we agree, and listen again so nothing is missed. If you would rather not be recorded, just tell me and I will take notes instead. Please know that I may miss something that way, and by choosing not to record, you accept that.
