Audit and clean-up

Had it "set up" and it still feels messy?

It is rarely the software. Usually the set-up was rushed, copied from a template, or built without anyone taking the time to understand your business. I untangle it.

What I am asked to untangle most often

If you recognise a few of these, you are in good company.

Messages at the wrong time

People getting the wrong email, the same one twice, or nothing at all.

Automations that quietly stop

One small setting is wrong, a step gets skipped, and nobody notices until a lead goes cold.

Tags and fields everywhere

Dozens of labels created with no system, so you cannot find the people you need.

Three versions of everything

Duplicate forms, emails and pipeline stages, and no one knows which is the real one.

Funnels that do not fit how people buy from you

A template built for someone else's business, which does not look after your enquiries the way you would.

Calendar gaps

Double bookings, time zone mix-ups, no easy way to reschedule, and no reminders, so people do not turn up.

Emails and texts not arriving

Sending set-up that was never finished, so your messages land in spam or do not land at all.

No idea what is working

You cannot see where your clients come from or which of your efforts bring in income.

Handed over without testing

"It should be fine" and then you find the faults yourself, with real leads.

Nothing written down

No record of what was built or why, so every change feels like pulling a brick from a tower.

Too clever for its own good

Automations so complicated that they break easily and make more work than they save.

How I untangle a set-up

  1. I look before I touch. I go through your account and note what is there, what is working and what is not.
  2. We talk about your business. How people find you, how they become clients, and what you want the system to do for you.
  3. We agree what matters most. You get a short, plain list in order of importance, so nothing is fixed just because it is there.
  4. I fix, simplify and test. I keep what works, repair or replace the rest, and test it properly before you rely on it.
  5. You get a clear record. What was built, why, and how to use it, with short videos you can come back to.

Most people start with a mix of things that work and things that do not. You do not need to start again from nothing.

How this fits with working together

You can have an audit and clean-up on its own: a fixed price of $750, a plain-English report on your whole account, the most important problems fixed, and a walk-through at the end. It is also a good way to see what working with me is like before you commit to anything monthly. If you go on to a retainer within 30 days, the fee comes off your first month.
