Do I need a GoHighLevel account before we talk?
No. If you do not have one yet, you can sign up through my partner link and I will guide you through choosing the right set-up. You also get a free one-hour onboarding session with me. GoHighLevel pays me a commission if you use that link, at no extra cost to you. If you already have an account, I will look at what is there and work from it.
How much does it cost?
A fixed amount each month, agreed before we start, based on what you want to get done rather than a count of hours. As a guide: about $950 a month for one clear focus, about $1,800 when several things need to move at once, and up to $2,900 for your whole system with regular strategy sessions. Most people begin at the lighter level.
What if I am not sure how much help I need?
That is what the first call is for. We talk through your goals and what is getting in the way, and I recommend a level that fits. Nothing extra added for the sake of it.
Is there a long contract?
No. Month one is a trial for both of us, with no obligation at the end of it. If we carry on, I ask for three months, because good work takes a little time. After that it runs month by month, and either of us can end it with 30 days' notice.
What if I am not good with tech?
You do not need to be. I handle the strategy and the build, explain things in plain English, and give you short videos you can watch again whenever you need to.
I am neurodivergent. Will that be a problem?
Not at all. Many of my clients are. I work one clear step at a time, keep us focused on what matters most, book calls ahead, and let you choose how we communicate. Tell me what helps and we will set things up that way.
How quickly can we start?
Usually within a week of our first call, once we have agreed what the work covers.
Can you fix what I already have, or do we start again?
Most people start with a mix of things that work and things that do not. I go through your account, keep what works, and repair or replace the rest.
Can the level change as my business changes?
Yes. It can go up or down with 30 days' notice.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Everything I build inside your GoHighLevel account belongs to you.
When are you available?
Monday to Friday, Madrid time, and until 9pm Monday to Thursday, so there are times that suit clients in the US. Calls are booked ahead at a time that suits us both.
Can you help me use AI in my business?
Yes. I run a one-to-one AI session: 90 minutes, $297, where we set Claude up around your business and do real jobs from your week together. You do not need to be good with tech.
Do you help with social media?
Yes, as part of the build work. I can set up and schedule your social media posts inside GoHighLevel alongside your emails and automations.
