Fixing what goes wrong, improving what works, and changing your set-up as your business grows.
What it costs
These are guides to help you find your starting point. We agree what you want to achieve and one figure for it, and it stays the same every month. You are paying for results, not watching a clock.
Lighter
a month, for one clear focus
One part of your business working properly, start to finish. For example, a free guide that follows up on its own, or bookings that confirm and remind without you chasing. Where most people begin.
Moderate
a month, for several things moving at once
The whole route from first contact to paying client working together: more than one funnel, campaigns with several steps, and your other tools connected so nothing falls through the gaps.
Larger
a month, for your system as a whole
Several campaigns running side by side, regular strategy sessions, and steady improvement month by month, so your set-up grows with your business instead of holding it back.
If your needs change, we talk about it honestly and agree any change together, with at least 30 days' notice.
How we begin
- A call. A friendly conversation to see whether we are a good fit. No pressure and no pitch.
- Month one is a trial for both of us. I get to know your business and your current set-up, we pick out the quick wins and the longer-term priorities, we settle how we communicate, and I start delivering real work. At the end we both check in honestly. If it is not right, we part with no hard feelings and no obligation.
- Then three months together. This is not about locking you in. Good strategy and a proper build take a little time, and short arrangements rarely give either of us room to do our best work.
- After that, month by month. Either of us can end it with 30 days' notice.
The practical details
When I work
Monday to Friday, Madrid time. Monday to Thursday I work until 9pm, so there are times that suit clients in the US. Not weekends, unless we arrange it in advance.
How we talk
Whatever suits you: email, WhatsApp, Slack, or the project tools you already use. Calls are booked ahead, so we can both make the most of them.
What is covered
Your retainer covers the work we agree each month. If you need something beyond it, I tell you first and we agree any extra fee before I start.
Paying
I invoice on the 1st of each month. Payment is due within 15 days and before that month's work begins.
Who owns it
Everything I build inside your GoHighLevel account is yours. You own it fully.
Confidentiality
Whatever you share with me about your business stays between us.
What to expect from me, and what I ask of you
- A partnership with structure and healthy boundaries. I am not an on-call service, but I am responsive and reliable in working hours.
- A thinking partner, not a VA. I bring ideas and solutions, and do not wait to be told what to do.
- Honesty. It is your business and I will build what you want. If I can see a better way, I will say so, and then you decide.
- In return I ask for open communication, timely feedback and a little trust in the process. The better we understand each other, the better the work gets.
