Simply Aligned Tech is the trading name of Dawn Morgan, who is self-employed (autónoma) in Spain. Address: Calle Cruces 23, Galera, 18840 Granada, Spain. Tax number (NIF): Y8785422B. Email: [email protected]. In these terms "I" means Dawn Morgan trading as Simply Aligned Tech, and "you" means the person using this website.

Using this website

You are welcome to read and share what is on this website. Please do not copy it and present it as your own, use it in a way that breaks the law, or try to interfere with how the site works.

The words, design and logo are mine unless I say otherwise. Testimonials belong to the people who gave them and are used with their permission.

Information, not advice

What is on this website, including the Systems Check-Up quiz and its results, is general information to help you think about your business systems. It is not professional, legal, financial or tax advice, and it is not a promise of any particular result. Results depend on your business and on many things outside my control.

Booking a call

The first call is free and without obligation. If you cannot make it, please reschedule or cancel using the link in your confirmation email.

I record all my calls with a note-taking tool. You can ask me not to, in which case I take notes instead; I may miss something that way, and by choosing not to record you accept that. The privacy policy explains how recordings are stored and used.

Working together

If we work together, we both sign a short working agreement before any work starts. It sets out what is included, the monthly fee, how we begin and how either of us can end it. That agreement applies to the work; these terms apply to the website. If the two ever disagree, the working agreement comes first.

In summary: a fixed monthly fee agreed in advance; month one is a trial for both of us; then a three-month minimum; then month by month with 30 days' notice from either side. Everything I build inside your GoHighLevel account belongs to you, and what you share with me stays confidential.

One-to-one AI sessions

The session fee is paid when you book. You can reschedule at no cost up to 48 hours before the session. If you cancel at least 48 hours before, I refund the fee in full. With less notice than that, I will try to find you another time, but I cannot promise a refund.

If you start a monthly retainer with me within 30 days of your session, the session fee comes off your first month.

The session is training and general guidance on using AI tools. The tools belong to other companies and are covered by their own terms. Results depend on how you use them, and I do not promise any particular outcome.

Some links on this website are partner (affiliate) links, including my link to GoHighLevel. If you sign up through one, I may receive a commission from that company, at no extra cost to you. I only recommend tools I use myself.

GoHighLevel and the other tools I mention are separate companies. Your use of them is covered by their own terms and privacy policies, and I am not responsible for their services.

Emails

I only send marketing emails to people who have asked to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Liability

I take care to keep this website accurate and available, but I cannot promise it will always be free from errors or interruptions. As far as the law allows, I am not liable for loss arising from your use of the website or from relying on the general information on it.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that cannot be limited, or my liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Spain. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

Changes

I may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date.
